Pros

You meet some great people working there including customers and some employees

Cons

No work life balance at all. Store level management is left hung to dry Employees expected to do things outside job description and pay grade Staffing shortages like you wouldn’t believe Only closed 1 day a year No employee incentives and near impossible to get benefits Upper level management doesn’t care what happens at store level until sh*t hits the fan Company values and service promise are a joke, they don’t follow or care about it

Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

Cons

GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
