Business Outlook
Pros
You meet a lot of great customers and develop regulars. Tips are decent and (so far) I have made so many great friends with my co-workers.
Cons
The higher up the management ladder you go, the less they care about their hourly employees. The menu changes once every 6 weeks or so and with that, the job expectations change as well. There are times when the expectations are far higher than can be actually performed. Overall, the job is about numbers. It's not about customer satisfaction or helping the hourly employees.
