Pros
You meet a lot of people as it is a revolving door of people constantly hired, fired or quit Good about not denying time off requests Once you find the numbers for HR and Payroll, they are VERY thourough, efficient, and genuinely friendly to deal with
Cons
Will withhold your paycheck and lie to their HR department about why it is being withheld Abnormally high turnover rate Will force you to bartend, serve, and do carside and only pay you $2.13 for it, then be mad when people are upset A bad review is like a death sentence, you WILL be treated differently by management after Management is full of petty, conniving people and they boost up other petty people, not ones that work GM is the only one working, the other managers don't leave the office and WILL get mad at you for asking for help Asks for opinions about how to make things better, then gets mad when you have any suggestions (i.e. better training suggestion was met with hostility and the defense of "well you're doing just fine." NO work/life balance. They will work you 70 hours and then be mad when you're burnt out Work you constantly so you have no time or energy to apply anywhere else Clientele is AWFUL and then management will believe them over you and treat you poorly because of it There's more, but it's too much
