Pros

The job itself is wonderful. I actually look forward to going into work every day. I love my coworkers and the program coordinators, and the set up of how the day is structured is fine.

Cons

Where do I start? I get the impression that all corporate cares about is saving money. We got denied for folders for our preschool, we got denied a trampoline when EVERY center has one. There are supervision students that do not make the money they deserve. When I started, the OWNER (in a face to face meeting) informed all of us that we get a $1 raise for getting Registered, and a 1-3% raise for every level we go up. I had to FIGHT for my level one raise because "I got my RBT before my level one" and I was told after the fact that if you get your RBT before your level one then you don't get a level one raise. Even though they have threatened to fire people if they do not get RBT (before they get level one). Oh, and even though the owner said RBT wasn't required. People get in trouble for things they didn't even know they got in trouble for (like simply stating they feel uncomfortable working with an aggressive kid). I've seen pregnant women with aggressive kids on more than one occasion.. Oh yeah, and there are no sensory items provided to the kids! Oh and the benefits! Need medical for your family? Be prepared to pay almost 2000 a month! It's just.. a mess..

Pros

The people. I've met some genuinely great individuals who have been welcoming, helpful, and supportive from day one. Growth opportunities. There are so many different career paths within the company, which makes it feel like there's room to continue learning and growing. The mission. Knowing that the work we do directly impacts children and families makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding. The culture. Even during periods of change, I've noticed a lot of people working together and doing their best to support one another. Variety in my role. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and gives me the opportunity to connect with different people across the organization. Being able to make an impact. Whether it's helping clinics fill positions or connecting candidates with opportunities, it's rewarding knowing I'm contributing to the company's success. The relationships. One of my favorite parts so far has been building connections with clinic leadership, candidates, and team members across different locations.

Cons

• Things move fast. Priorities can change quickly, so you have to be adaptable and comfortable pivoting when needed.
