Dear Therapist, Thank you for your recent comment, , we are devastated to hear you had such a bad experience with us. We are usually known for our great care for our employees and the culture ABC promotes and attention to detail in everything that we do. But we completely understand that our reputation is not something we should hide behind. So, if you'd like, you could call us on 3178495437 or reach out to us via Twitter , Facebook or even Email us directly at sherry@appliedbehaviorcenter.org. We'd like to discuss the matter further with you and see how we can make things good. If you give us the chance, we will definitely win you back.I'm sorry you believe we care about money over our therapists. I can assure you that is not true- our therapists ARE this company! Please feel free to contact anyone on the Strategic Team with your issues or frustrations. We really want to know- promise!

Pros

The people. I've met some genuinely great individuals who have been welcoming, helpful, and supportive from day one. Growth opportunities. There are so many different career paths within the company, which makes it feel like there's room to continue learning and growing. The mission. Knowing that the work we do directly impacts children and families makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding. The culture. Even during periods of change, I've noticed a lot of people working together and doing their best to support one another. Variety in my role. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and gives me the opportunity to connect with different people across the organization. Being able to make an impact. Whether it's helping clinics fill positions or connecting candidates with opportunities, it's rewarding knowing I'm contributing to the company's success. The relationships. One of my favorite parts so far has been building connections with clinic leadership, candidates, and team members across different locations.

Cons

• Things move fast. Priorities can change quickly, so you have to be adaptable and comfortable pivoting when needed.
