Pros
Center managers are awesome, they work really hard to make sure you have everything you need and feel supported, BCBAs are so helpful and are open to your ideas for your clients and give lots of help.
Cons
The benefits are awful. Insurance is insanely expensive for a really high deductible plan, you only get 5 days of PTO and 5 days of “unpaid time off,” plus 1 flex day per quarter for call ins. If you call in more than that you technically can’t use PTO or unpaid time off and you can get in trouble. It’s very unforgiving. Turnover is so high because of this.
