The people. I've met some genuinely great individuals who have been welcoming, helpful, and supportive from day one. Growth opportunities. There are so many different career paths within the company, which makes it feel like there's room to continue learning and growing. The mission. Knowing that the work we do directly impacts children and families makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding. The culture. Even during periods of change, I've noticed a lot of people working together and doing their best to support one another. Variety in my role. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and gives me the opportunity to connect with different people across the organization. Being able to make an impact. Whether it's helping clinics fill positions or connecting candidates with opportunities, it's rewarding knowing I'm contributing to the company's success. The relationships. One of my favorite parts so far has been building connections with clinic leadership, candidates, and team members across different locations.

I am fortunate to work alongside two exceptional HR Associates and an outstanding HR Director who provide support, guidance, and encouragement. I value the opportunity to learn and grow professionally every day through the experiences and challenges my role provides.
