The owners of this company make it very clear that their main concern is their annual incomes. Therapists are treated as they are children and have many unnecessary rules. The pay can be decent if you have decent experience but will be below what you need to support yourself if you don't. The pay is hourly and not salaried. Also, you must sign a non-compete on your first day. The contract states you can't work for another company within 25 miles for 6 months. Also, if there aren't enough kiddos in for the day for all of the therapists, they will send you home without pay if no one else volunteers. Paid time off is minimal. After a year you get a whopping five days. You can earn, however, one flex day every quarter. Health benefits are horrible. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that this is a for profit company. They are out to make money and solely that. If I had a child on the spectrum I would not send them to ABC as I want my child to receive therapy from therapists who are happy! Do your research about other companies in the area to work for. You'll be happy you did!
