Everything is handmade so faults do show up fairly often and wouldn't be no issue except for the manager over the entire one half of the building doesn't understand this and consistently micromanages people consistently rushes them and makes more parts fail and doesn't seem to understand the word no. After he was reported to HR he no longer came over but we consistently take notes on our work for what we were doing "wrong" and made sure to let us know. He's been there maybe 4 months.
