- Since the Lake Forest and Brea merger there has been an extreme amount of strain on all departments that is not sustainable at all. - Employee moral is extremely low. - There is an extreme amount of uncertainty around the future direction of the site, details seem to change on a month to month basis. - The site is beyond capacity to support all of the new parts from the merger, and it already was a tight ship prior to the merger. - The new CEO has not shown any effort to show face to the majority of employees. - Certain key employees get overworked until they burnout or leave for better opportunities. - Below market rate pay. - "Family style" environment that is alright when things are good and traumatic when things are bad.
