Pros
-Flexible work schedule -Weekly pay schedule -Great work/life balance
Cons
-The company is "old school" with its timesheet (need to be printed and signed every week) and pay stubs (sent to your house every week). -It is hard to feel connected to the company when working onsite for a project. Instead of feeling like you work for Applied, you feel like you work for the customer. -There isn't a lot of check in to make sure the employees are happy with their project.
