- Family friendly company- promotes a work life balance - Fun, collaborative environment- with resting nooks, ping pong tables, golf simulators, etc. - The President gets to know each of his 400 employees on a personal level and it really makes you feel like you’re with a company that cares, and they do!! - Brand recognition is extremely high- you can hear us on the radio, billboards, sponsoring events, etc which helps the sales conversations - Sell top line manufacturers in office technology - This company really cares for the community- they actively promote community involvement and Applied gives back more than most companies - There are 12 elements that this company stands behind - such as fun, creativity, hit the number, success by selection. - it’s not easy to become an Applied Imaging employee - but that means their selection process is rigorous. They only want the best people to represent them and you have to really fit well with the team so if you are offered a position, consider yourself very fortunate! - the benefits are great and you hold a role in shaping the future by providing your feedback regularly. Cons
So far, I haven’t seen anything that isn’t typical of most companies. Having been here for 5 months, it’s difficult to find a con yet. This company is growing at such a rapid pace but has done a wonderful job at making it still feel like a family company.
