Pros
Being at Applied Intuition, I've had opportunities to work beyond just the scope of work originally described to me, but also work on projects cross-functionally with engineers, designers, marketing and more. There is flexibility for those who have demonstrated the ability to work effectively to jump in on opportunities that interest them, no matter whether it is within the scope of their current work. It's really exciting for those looking to further their career, no matter how far along they already are. The people are the best part - there are so many truly genuine and kind teammates willing to partner with us in our work, and the company tries to host events to get everyone together and build community.
Cons
This may not be a good fit for those who are not motivated to commit the energy and time that it takes to be at a high-growth company. It can also be difficult for those who need to be hand-held in every part of their work - part of having the opportunities here means that it takes personally being proactive and willingness to be challenged.
