Business Outlook
Pros
Good people to be around and endless opportunity for varied work if you are the type to go looking for it. Pay is quite fair and the benefits are solid. The employee stock purchase plan has done me well. Overall a huge improvement in management, culture, and teamwork from my previous employment.
Cons
Too much time in meetings that could be handled in some other way. The cafeteria food is weak but that's really an outsource problem and not so much an Applied problem.
