Family owned business, no career growth, you have to conform to the group. The two main directors are brothers who are nephews to the Owner, they do anything they want and based on their perceptions which are very conservative and not inclusive. The follow Muslim religious practices and they do not consider non-muslims in their actions, from holidays to day to day organization. Let alone the fact that you have to clap to grow, no performance evaluation, no improvement plans.
