Pros
This is a great place to start for a freshly graduate. You will learn a lot in your first year. On top of that, anyone from the manager level and below will work well with you since everyone is around the same age. You will make a lot of friends and learn a lot here.
Cons
The company does not invest on any individual. Their model is to look for recent grads and pay them dirt cheap to do the job. They don't care if you leave because they know there will be more people waiting in line. Some VPs are clueless and always have that brown stuff on their nose. They will force you to do it their way, which sometimes can be unethical, but if you disagreed with them, they will let you go or transfer you to another department and then let you go from there. There are no career opportunities here because all the high level positions belong to the family. Good luck having them invest in you in programs such as: process validation, lean manufacturing, six sigma certificates. Oh wait, they don't do any of that there.
