Good pay, nice people, great location.

It's been more than 4 years since I worked here, so I really can't say.

Great work life balance, management is pretty lenient about a lot of stuff. Work area has a pretty relax environment. constantly changing buildings you work in depending on inspection requirements.

Training is mediocre at best. you have to find your own way of acquiring knowledge if some are not provided. Salary is average not the lowest not the greatest and increases is not really something to write home about. They have like limits and when you reach that limit they'd hardly increase your pay anymore.
