Pros
The training & education is incredibly good, I have talked to tons of new hires and reps from other companies who have said our training is bar none to anyone else. District managers have been super helpful in aiding with meetings/product evaluations/contract discussions, etc. New positions typically comes from within and hard work is tapped for promotion from within the field. Excellent internal team who constantly evaluates commission plan and structure to best benefit the team. Having worked internally and in sales I would HIGHLY recommend Applied Medical as a long term career. Said is truly invested in the company & his enthusiasm is enough to keep a lot of people around. We also developed a team to train highly successful college students wanting to get into med devices and it is absolutely incredible.
Cons
Lots of people say the pay/salary isn't up to par, but if you work hard and get some evaluations underway you can make a lot of money at Applied. Car reimbursement is generous, cell & internet paid for, office supplies, parking, etc. Only thing I would recommend is a little extra praise for our Territory Manager Associates who work super hard to support our team.
