Pros
Good training, inexpensive products which really helps when trying to get your foot in the door with accounts. Very good product evaluation process.
Cons
Sales force is irrelevant, if you're selling you are just a name with an attached number with little support. Poor comp plan - has a "gotcha" at every turn. Middle management is bloaded and self serving, many not adding any value to the company.
