Pros
Great company, workers (if you're careful) & benefits. Paid sick leave for a few days, holidays off (paid), paid vacation if you earn the days. Bonuses
Cons
No opportunity to move up. Racism. Backstabbing within coworkers. A lot of drama. The management SUCKS. They do not give a crap about you, even HR sometimes. So much for "we are here for you" or "open door policy." The supervisors there nowadays are mostly ALL younger people & they need to learn how to manage good and right and not be tutored by sucky ignorant older managers here.
