      Pros

      Great place to learn a lot if you are a recent college grad. Nice facilities, fun co-workers.

      Cons

      Way below average salary. I was there a 1 1/2 years with two promotions, and my "raise" was always on its way, but it never came. I was hired with a lower than industry salary, with the promise of good raises and promotions. They terminate management who do not follow along with politics. Lots of good people leaving or terminated, for "yes" men or family members.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth and exposure to all varieties of the medical device lifecycle. Vertical integration is truly special for this and you will become a better engineer at this company. Overall positive culture, I have a friendly relationship with my management and I've enjoyed working with virtually all my peers.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market average and you will need to put in more than what you'll get. There is also ambiguity on the metrics management assesses team member growth for promotions or pay increases. Work/life balance can get rough particularly in R&D depending on the project.
