Pros
Not micromanaged. Recruit great people. Not a churn and burn environment. Great for entry level med device reps or experienced reps looking to slow down.
Cons
Low pay, NO development, very limited access to information, no defined advancement track, expected to just figure it out. You receive comp plans for new year or new roles halfway thru your 1st Quarter in a position. Stay out of your managers hair and you won't be bothered as long as you can portray you know what you're doing.
