Those who dare to speak up would get the hammer (the fact that favoritism is extremely prevalent doesn't help). Incredibly short-sighted and incapable of sensing the urgency of problems until it's too late and is costing huge dollars, and good employees, every month. Terrible example of leadership from the director and what's worse is the wide-eyed young people don't even know it.
