Pros

Great company culture, lots of opportunity for growth and you will gain a great deal of experience because of vertical integration, especially as an engineer

Cons

Some of the amenities on campus are lacking, however Applied Medical is working on improving these things and now there is a gym, yoga room, nap rooms, etc.
