      Pros

      The company has good training programs at all levels. This is helpful if you are out of school and need experience being paid at same time. Most team members use the company for their benefit and get out for better jobs.

      Cons

      The company has poor culture and somehow seem to get away with strange practices.The poor CEO thinks mid level management keeps him informed but they just fool him all the time. It is fun to see the circus that goes on at Applied everyday where mid level management spend hours in non productive meetings to bad mouth the CEO but act like obedient team members when he is around. There is misuse of power at all levels under CEO and if someone doesn't agree with what the managers and VP say they are either moved to another role or terminated without cause.There is lot of bickering between teams and that leads to poor quality work.
