      -No background check, everybody is welcome -Whoever don't have any ability except kissing ass is welcome -For someone who like to be mentally abuse

      -Politics and favoritism -Management level run by family members with no leadership and knowledge -under paid and no raise even with excellent review -Treat employee rudely like a prisoner
