Pros

Good food in the store for reasonable prices. Good work life balance. Some team members are there to support you.

Cons

Management in ridiculous. It becomes suffocating to work when your projects are not given recognition and managers behave as if they did everything. They are also the ones to throw you under the bus when something goes wrong! Pay is very low and promises are made to be broken. “We don’t have the budget” , “ This is not how raises work in this company, you’ll get them when the management decides “ are very commonly used sentences when asked for a pay raise. But the very same department has the budget to organize random breakfast/lunch and make you feel like you are loved in this company. Director - treats employees as SLAVES. Many complaints against the director were ignored in the past. Pulls you down when you want to grow. Definitely needs to take management classes. Takes credit for other people’s work. Shouts at them when they make small mistakes which are definitely not causing any harm to the company.
