They speak ill of CEO and his principles and laugh at how badly the company is doing. Yet they somehow get promoted and are in very senior positions. if any team member wants to implement good quality processes they are shut down either by firing them or threatening to fire them. The ruthlessness of this management is unknown to the CEO. Feel bad for the man who is good at heart. There is no team building activities or recognition for good work.
