Pros
Growing company with young atmosphere and biomedical engineering opportunities. There are lots of post-work activities you can get involved in. The benefits are pretty good, too. the dress code is casual, which is awesome
Cons
its difficult to move up unless you have a lot of schooling, the people in managerial positions may or may not have the best intentions for your overall well-being and professional growth, the people are young which can lead to immature things happening around the office
