Big Mistake - Anonymous employee Applied Medical Employee Review

Very combative culture both internally with manager-employee relations and externally with customers. Not a collaborative environment at all. Very hierarchal and arbitrary senior management strategies. They value employee compliance over valid questions. Made a major mistake joining this company because the expectations set during the interview process simply were not accurate.
