Terrible management and Low pay. - Account Manager Applied Medical Employee Review

Terrible inexperienced management promoting more terrible management. Very low pay considering industry average despite always exceeding quota. HR does nothing and team members voices are not heard despite what you see on the reviews (Applied’s generic response). If they did, people would be paid more and we’d have a change of management. High turn-over rate. Get in, get some experience, and get out! The positive reviews on here I’m guessing are based off more inexperienced professionals that have no idea the much better opportunities out there.
