Pros
Company mantra is that it is a 'learning organization' which is only partially true. Great technology and refreshing business model to produce internally and not outsource development or manufacturing.
Cons
Power and control exhibited from the top - no empowerment, smoke and mirrors, never know when you will have your 'last day' or be moved with a different title. Family places other family members in control to ensure shares are in the right hands which protects the empire. To survive, you must be a follower; smile while you drink the kool-aid.
