      Pros

      The company is a good stepping stone into the Medical Sales platform. You will gain valuable experience.

      Cons

      The commission is not good at all. They finally gave a raise to the TMs, which is still less than the competition. The competitor is given a lunch budget and you will only be selling in the OR, where the Doctor doesn't want to talk. The benefits are not good and you lose money driving your own car.
