Pros
Nice buildings, can wear sweats pants to work, some coworkers are nice. Easy interview and hiring process, they won't do any drug test or background check for corporate employees.
Cons
Family everywhere you turn! Not an equal opportunity employer. The friends of management and family friends get hired and promoted without experience/knowledge of what they will doing over people who work hard and have the knowledge and education. Raises are only for relatives and friends. Hotline is a joke because is not confidential and you will get fired for saying anything. People get fired for no reason or warning, if one of friends or family don't like you, you are out. Not stable place to work.
