Pros

Okay place to get some starting experience, people are friendly, clean and neat environment. Organized structure. They keep all manufacturing in US.

Cons

Owners and HR are cheap. They keep a lot of the money to themselves I don't doubt they deserve some of it but people need to make a living too. Raises not given much if any. Politics. Buy new buildings left and right and spend money renovating but can't supposedly give employees raises. Favoritism and nepotism exist. Not really after employee retention whether the economy is good or bad. They lowball people. Wouldnt be surprised if insiders are bumping up ratings on glass door. Cross training people and give them more work because others are leaving. Get promoted to manager but no pay increase. They do certain things that are a waste of time just because that's the way their system is setup. People will try to stop others from progressing. Probably buying lot of buildings because one of the investors wanted more money and they want to deflate profit margins. Make you sign a form basically says you'll accept so called bonus check, and won't sue company if you've been discriminated against.
