As with any job at any company, your direct report manager will make or break your experience. My job at Applied is the best, most rewarding job I have ever had. I have felt valued and appreciated. I have enjoyed several rewarding experiences saving hospitals and surgery centers money on commodity items. Applied’s propriety items have a great place in the market and offer many benefits to surgeons and patients. My manager gives me complete autonomy over my schedule and meeting my quarterly goals and as such, the work life balance is exceptional! The 6 week training program is second to none. It does a great job in preparing reps for real live surgeon conversations and knowledge of anatomy and product applications. The business model provides secure supply of Applied products. It has allowed Applied products to be positioned well against competitors amidst supply chain turmoil.
