Pros
The company is growing in numerous areas. Lots of opportunities for someone out of college. Good place to learn different manufacturing methods to use later in your career.
Cons
Favoritism runs rampant here (as does nepotism). If you don't buy into the "Applied" way, then don't expect much advancement. The salary is disappointing. A lot of the top talent leaves to do the same jobs elsewhere for better pay and benefits, including those that bought into the "Applied" way.
