Training at this company is awful! If you are tenured sales person you are in the same training class with people that have no experience! Role play at this is company is over the top! Not to mention having to recite the company story verbatim on your first day of training and getting graded on it. Doctors don't care about the company story! Turn over rate is extremely high and the benefits are awful! I have never worked for such a cheap company. Needless to say I am no longer there and so happy with my choice, My advice is hold out for a better company, this one is sub-par!!!
