Of the 4 Ortho Managers, 3 have no orthopedic experience and can not run a case by themselves. Directors have no understanding of the Ortho environment. Their sales tactics include you sneaking into t he OR to attempt to meet surgeons to pedal your products. Multiple reps have been tossed from facilities for getting caught doing this. Average salary is $50K. NO WHERE NEAR INDUSTRY STANDARDS. Problems with other product lines (i.e.. " Innovative Energy") ruins your chances of sales. They are suing their competition because they cannot compete!
