Poor Management - Anonymous employee Applied Medical Employee Review

The interns were making more than some of the new hires in professional positions. I was there 18 months and didn't get a raise, even after two promotions and a good review. I guess this is normal to wait 24 months. Took a lower pay for a promise which was not fulfilled. Some managers are great, the others TERRIBLE.
