Pros
Everyone is helpful and willing to help you learn to do your job better, the dress code is business casual, and your coworkers become your friends. Upper management works alongside all employees from interns to senior engineers. Every employee is treated like an asset. Applied hires great people with great skills and rewards its employees with great benefits, discounts, and team building activities.
Cons
Full-time employees are paid less than Applied's competitors would pay, but it's a small sacrifice to work in a beautiful city with friendly coworkers and still receive great benefits.
