Pros

Great people, with fun projects to work on. The culture is laid back, with lots of learning opportunities. They have a basketball league which is one of my favorite part of working there.

Cons

The pay is not enough to support a family in California.

Pros

Gym, benefits, workout classes, company cafe

Cons

The biggest threat to your career here isn’t the workload—it’s the leadership. They’ll talk about transparency, teamwork, and having your back, but when it’s time to take responsibility, those values disappear. Protecting themselves always comes first. Don’t mistake friendliness for loyalty. The people leading the team are often more concerned with appearances, politics, and climbing the ladder than developing the people beneath them. They’ll take credit when things go well and look for someone else to carry the blame when they don’t. Keep your head down, document everything, and trust very carefully. Around here, leadership isn’t earned through merit or integrity—it’s maintained through politics.
