      Pros

      Intern program is excellent except for the pay. Not a bad place for your first job just don't stay too long. Nice facilities. Lots of nice co-workers.

      Cons

      If you are family or friends of family work is great. Make a mistake blame a non family member and let them get fired. Management does not appreciate talent outside the family. To remain employed you must keep your ideas to yourself or let family take credit for your ideas. Pay is well below average as are benefits.
