Good - Medical Applied Medical Employee Review

Current two VPs have taken it as far as they are capable of. There is a lot of OVER promising and UNDER delivering. There seemed to be no appreciation of the employees that helped achieve great market share in a competitive market with "me too products". Promoting process is NOT consistent between the two divisions. One VP does it one way, and the other does it his way! It is time for them to step aside and let someone else that truly embrace Said's mission take over. Those persons should come from outside the company.
