There's a reason their roles are constantly advertised in Australia and it is getting noted through out the industry that they cant keep their staff only the ones who cant find employment elsewhere. Also a lot of gaslighting. Not allowed to speak your mind or be assertive if you are you are gaslighted Unable to reflect on how they contribute to situations. Petty ego driven culture.
