      Pros

      Autonomy. Pay. Most colleagues are genuinely good people. Products are all made in California. Products are reliable and not complex. If you are interviewing make sure you speak with employees that have left the company and that team. Not every time is created equal and this will help you learn as much as you can about what you’re getting into. You don’t want surprises!

      Cons

      Too many internal calls. Direction changes almost weekly. Policies and processes change almost weekly. Slightly toxic environment. The culture isn’t great but that varies based on your team. Some teams have great cultures from what I’ve heard.
