Pros
The benefits package is amazing! I really enjoy the people I work with and enjoy considerable freedom with my work.
Cons
little room for advancement. Just too big to compete as a small business, but too small to be competitive as a large business. Management structure works well with military contracts, but acquired capabilities do not work well with that structure.
