Manager and team head person is not helpful at all, they will ask for more works but no overtime payment, they will give you work that is not in your knowledge; there is no scope for mistakes; they will shout at you if you ask for help, not enough work sometime for hours input and they will ask you to stay as unpaid and use PTO because they have no work for you
