Pathetic leadership @GDC - Anonymous employee Apps Associates Employee Review

5 managers, 6 principal consultants, 3-4 associates and recruitment head left the company this year. GDC management uses word 'Associates Empowerment' a lot but don't know what it really means. People Management is zero and it is purely 'command and Control'.
