Pros
This is a good place to get your foot in the door and gain experience, but not to make a career. I worked with some truly amazing people here. The company also offers good salaries and perks.
Cons
- NO CULTURE: After a private equity takeover, the entire C-suite was replaced. This led to a significant shift in company culture, as core values like "High-Performance" and "Thoughtfulness" are now open to individual interpretation by new management, slowly fading away. - NO EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT: Some of the new managers that came along with the board don't prioritize coaching development (feedback ≠ coaching), often resorting to blame instead. There's also a noticeable lack of psychological safety, making it difficult for employees to speak up, share ideas, or voice concerns without fear of negative consequences. Finally, most team members are burned out due to the lack of focus, lack of support and unclear responsibilities. - NO VISION: With the founder's departure, the original company vision is now lost. The new leadership is attempting to create a new one, but it feels shallow and lacks inspiration.
